24-Hour Cancellation Policy
At Hair Envee Salon, we understand that life can get busy. We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a client fails to show up and doesn’t cancel, they will be charged 50% of the total service cost. Clients who no-show more than twice will no longer be able to pre-book future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
